自然流产与巨细胞病毒及衣原体、支原体感染的关系
The Relationship between Spontaneous Abortion and Human Cytomegalovirus,Chlamydiae Trachomatis,Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection
【摘要】 目的:探讨自然流产与巨细胞病毒(HCMV)、沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲支原体(UU)感染的相关性。方法:聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测173例自然流产者(观察组)和69例无自然流产史者(对照组)外周血HCMV-DNA,免疫层析法和分离培养分别检测其宫颈分泌物中CT和UU。结果:①两组比较,HCMV、CT、UU单独检出率差异均有显著性(P<0.05),HCMV与CT或(和)UU复合检出率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。②自然流产次数≥2次者HCMV、CT、UU检出率与只有1次自然流产者相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。③观察组HCMV、CT、UU间检出率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:HCMV、CT、UU感染与自然流产的发生可能有关,尤其与复发性自然流产关系密切。3种病原体感染引起自然流产的风险相似,应同样予以重视。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between prevalence of spontaneous abortion and Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV),Chlamydiae trachomatis(CT) and Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) infection.Methods:173 women with spontaneous abortion(study group) and 69 women without spontaneous abortion(control group) were recruited in this study.The technique of PCR was applied to detect HCMV-DNA expression in their peripheral blood,the immunochromatographic immunoassay and isolated culture were used to detect CT and UU in their cervical secretion.Results:①The detective rate of HCMV,CT or UU was significant difference between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).But there had no significant difference of the detective rate of combined HCMV with CT or/and UU between the two groups(P>0.05).②In the study group,the detective rate of HCMV,CT and UU was significantly increased of the women had more than two times spontaneous abortion than had only one time spontaneous abortion(both P<0.05).③There had no significant difference among the detective rates of HCMV,CT and UU in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:There has some relationship between the infection of HCMV,CT,UU and the occurrence of spontaneous abortion,especially the occurrence of RSA.Because of the similar risk to spontaneous abortion,we should pay same attention to HCMV,CT and UU infection.
