【Abstract】 Status offense is a new kind of crime. Since it for the first time expands the regulated objects of criminal law from the traditional behavioral harmful acts to status harmful acts, the burden of proof as one of the basic theoretical issues of criminal law is greatly challenged. The strict liability approach is the easiest way to settle the relative problem, but it does not fit the criminal law system in China.
