【Abstract】 Justice has always been among the values that law pursues. Instead of being empty and abstract, it should be interpreted and analyzed with material method and criterion. Today, in the context of the globalization of finance, to evaluate and analyze the justice as a goal that the financial regulation law targets from the perspective of legal economics is of significance to the perfection of the Chinese financial law system and the maintaining of financial security. This article makes an analysis on the Chinese financial law from the aspects of legislation, judicature and legal execution by using the tool of legal economics, so as to improve the realization of Justice in the financial regulation law.更多还原
