【Abstract】 By reviewing ancient and modern of literatures and epidemiologic investigations,the pathogenesis of senile dementia was studied.Deficiency of the kidney was the pathology base of the disease,which has relation to heart,liver and spleen dysfunction.Sputum and blood stasis were the pathologic outcomes,while they were pathogenic factors too.The TCM treatment of senile dementia completed the theory foundation.更多还原
