【摘要】 目的:探讨春血康对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:①用重量法观察春血康对免疫器官(脾脏和胸腺)重量的影响;②用MTT法观察春血康对ConA(刀豆蛋白)所致T淋巴细胞增殖的影响;用中性红染色法观察春血康对单核-巨噬细胞活性的影响;③用比色法观察春血康对血清中溶血素含量的影响;④用MTT法观察春血康对NK细胞活性的影响。结果:春血康可对抗环磷酰胺(cy)所致免疫器官重量减轻、T淋巴细胞增殖能力的降低、单核-巨噬细胞活性降低、血清中溶血素含量减少、NK细胞活性降低。结论:春血康可提高实验小鼠的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Chunxuekang on immune function of mice.Method:①Determine the effect of Chunxuekang on the spleen index,chest gland index(weight method).②Determine the effect of Chunxuekang on the activity of T lymphocyte transformation(MTT method),the phagocytosis.ability of mononuclear phagoytes(neutral red method).③Determine the effect of Chunxuekang on the serum hemolysin concent(colorimetry method) ④Determine the effect of Chunxuekang on the activity of nature killer cell(MTT method).Result: Chunxuekang can resist the cylophosphamid(cy)’s effect on the cut down of spleen index and chest gland index,the reduce of the activity of T lymphocyte transformation,(and the phagocytosis,ability of mononuclear phagoytes,the lower of the serum hemolysin concent.)Conclusion:Chunxuekang can regulate the immune function of mice.更多还原
