【Abstract】 The islet β cell function is the determining factor of the occurrence of type 2 diabetes.The insulin secretion from β cell maintains the normal balance in glucose metabolism organism.From NGT to IGT and diabetes,β cell function changes continuously.Based on physiological function,pathogenesis and evolvement rules of β cell,authors discussed the changes of different syndroms of TCM in the occurrence and development course of type 2 diabetes.The study will have the important clinical significance in finding type 2 diabetes pathogenesis and treating the disease at different stages.更多还原
