旅游专业新生专业认知调查分析与建议
A Survey on the New Tourism Majors’ Professional Cognition
【摘要】 我国旅游业和旅游教育正处于快速发展阶段,但旅游专业毕业生在本行业的低就业率已成为旅游教育面临的严峻问题.培养市场需要的人才,培养旅游专业学生对行业的认同和热爱是高校旅游教育的当务之急.本文在对旅游专业新生专业认知进行了问卷调查,发现有将近1/3的学生就读旅游专业不是积极、主动的;有1/3的家长不支持小孩就读旅游专业;对行业的认识模糊;有部分学生个性达不到行业要求,自信心不足.根据上述存在问题,针对性地提出了解决方法和途径,以培养学生对行业的认同和热爱.
【Abstract】 The tourism industry and tourism education are in the process of rapid development in China. However, college and university graduates with major studies in tourism experience a low employment rate in the tourism industry: this has been a great challenge to tourism education. It has become a pressing task for colleges and universities to train undergraduates who can satisfy market demand and train students who accept and love the tourism industry. Based on a survey on professional cognition of students studying tourism majors, it was found that one third of these were not active learners, one third of the students′ parents were not in favor of their choice and cannot understand the attributes of tourism, and some students′ personalities failed to satisfy the industry′s demands. According to the actual circumstances, the author puts forward countermeasures to help students accept and love industry.
