【Abstract】 The government credit system must be built upon certain institutions. In the recent 20 years, the development of trade associations has attracted great attention. Institutional economics considers trade associations are an institutional structure that can save transaction cost of economic governance, and it can effectively promote government credit system construction. However, in reality, there exist a lot of credit deficiencies in transactions between government and trade associations, and to realize the contractual promises that government make to business circles, government must play a leading role in building trust relationship between governments and trade associations.更多还原
