环(L-苯丙-L-缬)二肽的合成
SYNTHESIS OF CYCLO(L-PHE-L-VAL)DIPEPTIDE
【摘要】 以L-(+)-苯丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐和L-(+)-缬氨酸为原料,经氨基保护、羧基活化等措施合成了新型催化剂环(苯丙-缬)二肽.
【Abstract】 The Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Val)dipeptide was synthesized by using L-(+)-Phenylalanine Methyl Ester Hydrochloride and L-(+)-Valine as the raw material,in process of neutralization,amino-protection, condensation and cyclization.
