【摘要】 目的探讨孕激素对应激性胃溃疡的保护和治疗作用.方法小鼠分组,注射生理盐水及不同剂量的孕激素后,束缚加冷水刺激,计算溃疡指数及测定胃酸的pH值;束缚加冷水刺激后,注射生理盐水及孕激素,于应激后即刻、应激后5h、应激后7h计算溃疡指数.结果发现应激前注射孕激素对胃溃疡有明显的预防和保护作用;而溃疡发生后,注射孕激素有较好的治疗作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 The protective and therapeutic role of progesterone in gastric ulcers induced by restrain plus water-immersion stress is explored.Mice were divided into groups,restrained and put them into cold-water by 3 hours to induce gastric ulcer.Progesterone was administrated 30 min before and soon after the onset of stress,then measured the gastric ulcer index and the hydrochloric acid in gastric juice.Compared with the comtrol group,which was administrated with saline ,the mice administrated with progesterone before and after stress,were remarkably low in ulceration.These show that progesterone plays a protective and therapeutic role in restrain plus water-immersion stress induced gastric ulcers .更多还原
