【摘要】 济南市城市洪涝灾害频繁,影响了济南市正常的经济生活秩序.洪涝灾害频繁的首要环境因子是降水集中.洪水灾害形成的关键因素是:城区低洼地汇水快,排水不畅;城市建设改变城区水文特征及城市布局的不合理,基础设施建设与管理的相对落后.根据洪水灾害状况与致灾因素,提出了治理洪灾的建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 The flood disaster occurs frequently in Jinan City and it influences this city’s economy badly.The precipitation mainly occurs in summer that is the primary environmental factor to the flood.There are some other important factors :stamping water quickly while discharging slowly in the lower place of the city, urbanization changed the city’s hydrological feature and unreason urban design.According to these we provide some suggestions.更多还原
