【摘要】 目的探讨Whipple手术后早期肠内营养对患者胃肠动力恢复的影响。方法对20例单纯行Whipple手术和17例行Whipple手术加行空肠造瘘并早期实施肠内营养患者的胃肠动力恢复情况进行比较。结果手术后早期实施肠内营养者肠动力恢复早于未实施肠内营养者(P<0.01),而胃动力恢复时间却延长(P<0.01),且其功能性胃排空障碍的发生有增加趋势。结论Whipple手术后早期经空肠上段行肠内营养虽然可以加快患者肠动力的恢复,但却使胃动力恢复延迟,甚至可能是胃排空障碍发生的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the effects of early enternal nutrition through upper jejunum on recovery of gastroenteric motility after Whipple operation .[Methods] 17 patients underwent Whipple operation plus jejunostomy in upper jejunum simultaneously in order to administrate enternal nutrition,and 20 patients underwent Whipple operation only.A retrospective comparison about the recovery of gastroenteric motility was done between the two groups.[Results] The recovery of enteric motility of patients after Whipple operation with early enternal nutrition through upper jejunum was earlier than that without early enternal nutrition (P< 0.01),but the recovery of gastric motility was later(P< 0.01),and the occurrence of functional delay of gastric empty seemsd increased.[Conclusions] Although the early enternal nutrition can reduce the time of the recovery of enteric motility after Whipple operation,the time of the recovery of gastric motility may be increased.It may be one of reasons for the functional delay of gastric empty after operation.更多还原
