【摘要】 目的探讨胰腺干细胞分化潜能及骨髓单核细胞对其分化的促进作用。方法化学诱导法和共培养诱导法促使新生儿胰腺干细胞向胰腺β样细胞分化。结果新生儿胰腺具有巢蛋白、细胞角质蛋白阳性的胰腺干细胞,体外诱导可形成胰岛样细胞团。结论人胰腺干细胞能分化形成胰岛样细胞团,骨髓单核细胞对其分化具有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the differentiating potency of neonatal pancreatic stem cells and the promotion action of marrow mononuclear cell.[Methods] Pancreatic stem cells were induced towards pancreatic β-like cell by chemical materials method and co-culture method respectively.[Result] Neonatal pancreatic cells containing nestin and keratinized protein could be induced to form island-like organ in vitro.[Conclusion] Human pancreatic stem cells can differentiate into pancreatic island-like organ and the differentiation process can be accelerated by marrow mononuclear cell.更多还原
