肝癌自发性破裂患者的巨噬细胞吞噬功能研究

【摘要】 目的探讨肝癌自发性破裂的发病机制。方法采用流式细胞仪和免疫组化技术检测肝癌破裂组和非破裂组患者肝脏标本内巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果破裂组患者的巨噬细胞表面F c受体(F cR)及补体受体3(CR 3)表达量明显低于非破裂组,其吞噬HB eA g/1免疫复合物能力亦显著低于非破裂组。结论肝脏内巨噬细胞吞噬功能下降导致血管壁免疫复合物沉积、血管受损及小动脉脆性病变,可能与肝癌自发性破裂有关。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the relationship between the phagocytic function of macrophage and spontaneous rupture of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).[Methods] The specimens were collected from 9 patients with ruptured HCC and 9 patients with non-ruptured HCC.Flowcytometry and immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect macrophage phagocytosis.[Results]The expression of FcR and CR3 on macrophage surface was lower in patients with ruptured HCC than that in patients with non-ruptured HCC;moreover,the macrophage phagocytosis function of was significantly damaged in patients with ruptured HCC.[Conclusions] Dysfunction of macrophage,which could results in the cumulation and deposition of IC and vascular injury,may be the factors involved in the pathogenesis of spontaneous rupture of HCC.
