【摘要】 目的探讨M RP 1/CD 9在膀胱癌组织的表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化SP法检测M RP 1/CD 9在膀胱癌组织和正常膀胱黏膜组织中的表达。结果正常膀胱组织中M RP 1/CD 9均为阳性。膀胱癌组织中M RP 1/CD 9表达降低,且与病理分期呈负相关,与临床分期无相关性。结论在膀胱癌组织中M RP 1/CD 9表达降低,可能与膀胱癌的发展有关。其降低程度可以作为评估膀胱癌恶性程度的一个重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the expression and significance of MRP1/CD9 in bladder carcinoma.[Method] Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the MRP1/CD9 expression in 52 cases with bladder carcinoma and 10 cases of normal bladder tissues.[Result] Positive expression of MRP1/CD9 was detected in 10(10/10) normal tissue and 27(27/52) cases of bladder carcinomas.Negative correlation was found between MRP1/CD9 protein expression and pathological grade(P< 0.05).There was no statistical significance between MRP1/CD9 expression and clinical tumor stage(P> 0.05).[Conclusion] MRP1/D9 expression is down-regulated in bladder carcinoma and is possible to correlate with progression of bladder carrinma,MRP1/CD9 expression down-regulation degree may be used as an inder for bladder carcinoma malignance.更多还原
