【摘要】 目的观察骨髓干细胞(M SC s)移植对合并心力衰竭的急性心肌梗死(AM I)患者近期心功能的影响。方法将25例AM I患者随机分为M SC s移植组(9例)和对照组(16例)。移植组通过介入法移植M SC s,对照组仅行常规治疗。术后通过心脏超声以及核素显像(SPECT)全面评价心功能。结果两组患者均健康存活。移植组术后2周起EF及CO显著提高,第6周最明显;SPECT显示心肌梗死面积2周起明显缩小,第6周最明显,第8周与第6周相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论M SC s移植有望为治疗急性心肌梗死引起的心力衰竭提供一种新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the effect of marrow stem cell(MSCs) transplantation on the recent heart function in patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure.[Methods] 25 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into two groups randomly.9 patients received MSCs transplantation,while 16 patients were treated in traditional way.In 2 groups,heart function was evaluated by UCG and SPECT.[Results] All patients survived.The patients in test group had an obvious improvement in heart function and in the square of MI after MSCs transplantation(P< 0.01),and in 6 weeks,this effect was more significant.SPECT result showed the infarctioin area was reduced from the second week and the reduction was most obvious in the sixth week.There was no significant difference in the reduction between the sixth and eighth week [Conclusion] MSCs transplantation can improve the recent heart function of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and it may be a new way for treating heart disease in caused by acute myocardial infarction.更多还原
