【摘要】 目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中(NHL)的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP方法检测52例NHL及12例淋巴结反应性增生(RH)患者PCNA的表达情况。结果PCNA在RH患者中的阳性表达率明显低于NHL患者;侵袭性NHL患者表达水平明显高于惰性NHL患者。乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)<250 U/L的NHL患者PCNA阳性表达率明显低于LDH>250 U/L者。PCNA阳性表达率>25%NHL患者平均生存期较阳性表达率<25%者短。结论PCNA与NHL的发生发展有关,并可对预后判断提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the expression of PCNA in nonHodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL) cells with variable aggressiveness and its clinical significance.[Methods] SP immunohistochemistry stain method was used to detect the expression of PCNA in 52 NHL cases and 12 cases of lymph node reactive hyperplasia.[Results] The positive rate of PCNA in reactive hyperplasia of lymph node was lower than that in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.The positive rate of PCNA was related with the aggressiveness of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.Different PCNA expressions were found between different levels of LDH.High PCNA expression was associated with low survival time.[Conclusion] PCNA may play certain roles in the oncogenesis and progression of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,detection of PCNA has positive effects on prognosis of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.更多还原
