【摘要】 目的探讨芳香化酶在异位子宫内膜间质细胞中的表达情况及其意义。方法体外培养正常和异位子宫内膜间质细胞,采用RT-PCR技术检测其中芳香化酶的表达,发光免疫法检测雌二醇(E2)的表达,流式细胞仪检测凋亡细胞。结果正常子宫内膜间质细胞不表达芳香化酶及E2,细胞凋亡率为7.52%±0.62%;异位子宫内膜间质细胞芳香化酶mRNA为0.89±0.04,E2为(77.24±10.45)pmol/L,细胞凋亡率为1.20%±0.9%,其细胞凋亡率明显低于正常子宫内膜间质细胞(P<0.05)。结论异位子宫内膜间质细胞可以利用芳香化酶合成内源性E2,从而促进细胞增殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of aromatase in the ectopic endometrial stromal cells.MethodsThe normal and ectopic endometrial stromal cells were cultured in vitro,the expression of aromatse was measured by RT-PCR,the expression of estradiol was determined by immunofluorometry ,the cellular apoptosis was tested by flow cytometry.Results The normal endometrial stromal cells expressed neither aromatase nor estradiol,the cellular apoptosis rate was 7.52%±0.62%.The aromatase mRNA of ectopic endometrial stromal cells was 0.89±0.04,the estradiol was (77.24±10.45) pmol/L ,the celluliar apoptotic rate was 1.20%±0.9%,the apoptotic rate of ectopic endometrial stromal cells was lower than that of normal endometrial stromal cells significently (P< 0.05).Conclusion The ectopic endometrial stromal cells can synthesize endogenous estradiol by aromatase,and promate the celluliar proliration.更多还原
