【摘要】 目的探讨血清可溶性黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)及血清抗原CA125对诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的价值。方法采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定44例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿、40例卵巢良性肿瘤患者及30例正常妇女血清sICAM-1和CA125水平,计算两血清指标单独或联合应用诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的相应诊断学参数。结果异位囊肿组血清sICAM-1水平高于卵巢良性肿瘤组及对照组,与血清CA125相一致。血清sICAM-1(临界值440ng/ml)诊断异位囊肿的综合评价指标(诊断指数)明显高于血清CA125(临界值35U/ml)或二者联合测定,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清sICAM-1可作为诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的免疫学指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the clinical value of sICAM-1 (soluble cell adhesion molecule-1) and CA125 plasma levels in diagnosis of ovarian endometriomas. [Methods] The sICAM-1 and CA125 levels in serum of 44 patients with ovarian endometriomas, 40 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 30 normal women were determined by ELISA. The diagnositic indexes for ovarian endometriomas were caculated by using sICAM-1 and CA125 together or respectively. [Results] The serum levels of sICAM-1 and CA125 in ovarian endometriomas were higher than those in benign ovarian tumor and the control (P[WTBZ]<0.05). In diagnosis of ovarian endometriomas, diagnostic index of serum sICAM-1 (with cutoff value 440 ng/ml) was significantly higher than that of CA125 (with cutoff value 35U/ml) or combination determination, the differences were both had statistical significance(P<0.01). [Conclusions] Serum sICAM-1 may be as a immune index for ovarian endometriomas diagnosis.更多还原
