【摘要】 目的探讨F as在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)外周血淋巴细胞中的表达及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测TCC外周血淋巴细胞CD4+、CD8+亚群及NK细胞(CD56+)上F as的表达。结果CD4+、CD8+亚群F as表达升高,CD8+、F as双阳性细胞在浸润性TCC患者较表浅性TCC增多,NK细胞(CD56+)上F as表达无明显统计学意义。结论F as在TCC外周血淋巴细胞CD4+、CD8+亚群中表达升高,可能对肿瘤细胞逃避自身免疫攻击起一定作用,同时可能影响了全身免疫系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the expression and significance of Fas in peripheral blood lymphocytes（PBLs） from bladder transitional cell carcinomas（TCC）.[Methods] The Fas expression in PBLs such as CD₄⁺?CD₈⁺subsets and NK cells(CD₅₆⁺) in TCC was measured by flow cytometry.[Results] The Fas expression in CD₄⁺and CD₈⁺PBLs was increased,CD₈⁺and Fas⁺ cells were also increased in invasive TCC compared with superficial TCC,whereas NK cells showed no difference.[Conclusion] The increased Fas expression in CD₄⁺and CD₈⁺PBLs from TCC patients may play a role in TCC escaping from the host immune attack.更多还原
