【摘要】 目的观察囊肿切除肝总管空肠R oux-en-Y吻合术治疗小儿先天性胆管囊肿的疗效。方法采用囊肿切除肝总管空肠R oux-en-Y吻合术治疗小儿先天性胆管囊肿56例。结果56例患儿手术全部成功。术后患儿胆管囊肿症状消失,肝胆系统结构和功能均恢复正常。术后并发胆道感染1例,腹膜炎1例,肺炎3例,无胆瘘和伤口感染者,无死亡病例。结论囊肿切除肝总管空肠R oux-en-Y吻合术是治疗小儿先天性胆管囊肿的有效术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the effect of Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy after cyst resection in chindren with congenital billary duct cyst.[Methods] 56 children with congenital biliary duct cyst were treated by Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy after cyst resection.[Results] All operations were proved to be successful.Their symptoms had disappeared,the structures and function of liver and gall system resumed to normal.1 cases had biliary tract infection after operation,1 peritonitis and 3 pneumonia were found respectively.There was no cases associated with biliary fistula,wound infection and death.[Conclusion] Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy after cyst resection is an effective approach of operation for chindren with congenital choledochal cyst.更多还原
