【摘要】 目的:检测凋亡抑制因子Survivin在喉癌组织中的表达及其与喉癌的临床、病理特性之间的关系。方法:取石蜡包埋喉鳞状细胞癌标本33例,声带息肉21例,应用免疫组化SABC法检测Survivin在喉癌和声带息肉组织中的表达。结果:Survivin在喉癌组织中的表达率为63.6%,在声带息肉组织中的表达率为28.6%,二者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。而Survivin的表达与喉癌的临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移和患者年龄、性别等无关。结论:凋亡抑制因子Survivin在喉癌组织中高表达,在声带息肉中低表达,与喉癌的发生、发展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the expression of survivin,a novel inhibitor of apoptosis,in laryngeal carcinoma and to investigate its relation to pathological features of laryngeal carcinoma.Methods:Using streptavidin-biotinimmuno-histochemistry(SABC),we studied the expression of survivin in 33 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 21 vocal cord polyp specimens which were paraffin-embeded.All specimens were approved by pathological examination after operation.Results: Survivin expression was higher in laryngeal carcinoma(63.6%) than in vocal cord polyps(28.6%)(P<0.05),but there was no significant correlation between survivin expression and age,gender,clinical stage,histological type and lymph node metastasis in laryngeal cancer patients.Conclusions: Apoptotic inhibitor survivin is highly expressed in laryngeal carcinoma but lowly in vocal cord polyps.It is thought that survivin may be a new predictor for the oncogenesis and progression of laryngeal carcinoma.更多还原
