【摘要】 目的:探讨治疗气管造口复发癌的方法。方法:回顾分析37例气管造口复发癌的临床资料。按Sisson(1981)分型标准,I型14例,II型12例,III型6例,IV型5例。结果:32例行手术治疗,其中I型14例,随访3年以上7例,死亡4例;II型12例,随访3年以上8例,死亡5例;III型3例,IV型3例,35d~25月内死亡,平均11个月。5例未行手术治疗,其中III型3例,IV型2例,2~10月内死亡,平均8.6月。IIII、V型手术患者的生存时间与未手术者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:气管造口复发癌预后较差,应根据患者的具体情况,行恰当的手术治疗可延长生命,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of treatment for stomal recurrence.Methods: A retrospective analysis of clinical management and outcomes of stomal recurrence were conducted in 37 patients.When examined in relation to the Sisson standard(1981),14 patients were of type I,12 of type II,6 of type III,and 5 of type IV.Surgery was performed on 32 patients,and conservative treatment was performed on 5 patients.Results: Of the patients performed surgery,4 patients died out of 7 of type I followed up over 3 years;5 patients died out of 8 of the type II followed up over 3 years;3 patients of type III or 3 of type IV died within 35 days to 25 months.Three patients of type III and 2 of type IV performed on irradiated and/or chemotherapied or untreated died within 2 to 9 months.Conclusion: The overall prognosis of stomal recurrence is poor.A proper treatment is important in some cases and will prolong the lifetime and improve their quality of life.更多还原
