【摘要】 目的:了解支撑喉镜下KTP激光声带切除术治疗T1a声门型喉癌的远期疗效。方法:选择1997~2001年间在我院单独应用KTP激光在支撑喉镜下行激光声带切除术治疗的T1a声门型喉癌95例,主要统计其局部控制率、复发率和5年生存率,全部病例通过电话或来院复诊等形式随访5~8年。结果:单独行KTP激光声带切除术的95例患者中,术后5年死亡0例,复发3例,失访3例,5年复发率为6.3%,5年生存率为96.8%。结论:支撑喉镜下激光声带切除术治疗T1a声门型喉癌的局部复发率和5年生存率均令人满意,应成为T1a声门型喉癌的首选治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the long term effect of laser cordectomy under laryngoscope for T1a glottic cancer.Methods: A total of 95 patients with T1a glottic cancer were performed cordectomy using KTP laser under laryngoscope from 1997 to 2001,and the recurrence rate and the 5-year survival rate were analyzed.Results: Followed up from 5 to 8 years,except that 3 had relapses and 3 were missed out,others were all alive,and the 5-year survival rate was 96.8% and the recurrence rate was 6.3%.Conclusion: Laser cordectomy under laryngoscope is satisfactory in survival rate and recurrence rate for T1a glottic laryngeal cancer,and therefore it may be used as the first choice for T1a glottic laryngeal cancer.更多还原
