烧结温度对利用废钢粉制备铁基粉末冶金制品的影响
Effect of Sintering Temperature on the Iron-base PM Parts Produced with Scrap Steel Powder
【摘要】 以废钢粉取代普通钢粉制备铁基粉末冶金制品可以大幅度降低生产成本,节约资源。通过测定其密度、硬度与弯曲强度,重点研究了烧结温度对铁基粉末冶金制品性能的影响。结果表明,当温度不超过1180℃时,试样的密度、硬度随着烧结温度的上升而逐渐增加。试验最佳烧结温度为1170℃,此时试样的弯曲强度达到最大值724.15M Pa,随着温度的继续升高,弯曲强度下降。
【Abstract】 Producing iron-base PM parts with scrap steel powder instead of common steel powder will decrease the production cost and economize resource greatly.The influence of sintering temperature on mechanical properties of alloys is investigated by measuring their density,hardness and bending strength.The results show that when the sintering temperature is not higher than 1180℃,the density and hardness of the alloys increase gradually with the ascension of sintering temperature;the best sintering temperature is 1170℃ and at this temperature,the bending strength of the alloys reaches maximum 724.15MPa;as the sintering temperature rise continuously,the bending strength of the alloys reduces gradually.
