在线冷却过程中钢板温度场的控制分析
Control and Analysis of Steel Plate Temperature Field in On-line Cooling
【摘要】 通过分析生产过程中钢板纵向、横向、厚度温度分布的差异,建立了在线冷却过程中的控制冷却模型,可分别采取控制钢板输送速度、保持一定比例的上下水量及边部遮蔽的措施,改进钢板纵向、厚度及横向的温度分布。应用表明,通过改进水幕冷却系统参数和冷却区辊道参数,实测终冷温度与目标终冷温度最大偏差为19℃,最小偏差为4℃,试验坯料板形基本合格。
【Abstract】 After analyzing the difference of the temperature distribution of steel plate in longitudinal direction,cross direction and thickness,the mathematical model of control cooling in cooling course online is built.The temperature distribution in longitudinal direction,cross direction and thickness can be improved by controlling transportation speed,holding the proper proportion between upper and down water and defilading the side part separately.Applications show that by improving the parameters of water-curtain cooling system and roll parameters,the most deviation between measured final cooling temperature and the objective temperature is 19℃,the least deviation is 4℃ and the shape of test plate is eligible in the main.
