【摘要】 目的研制一种聚维酮碘新型的给药途径.方法聚维酮碘贴剂以聚维酮碘、乙醇和聚乙烯醇混合制成,进行了质量控制及稳定性实验,并研究了药物对动物皮肤的刺激性.结果本品色泽均匀,对脱毛皮肤无刺激性,稳定性考察结果表明本品应避光保存.结论本制剂质量符合要求,稳定性良好.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To prepare a new delivery system of PVP-I.METHODS The patch can be prepared by mixing PVP-I,alcohol,PVA,while quality control,primary stability and stimulation to the animal’s skin were studied.RESULTS The results showed that it had no stimulation to the skin,and it should be stored at low temperature without light.CONCLUSION The PVP-I patch can be easily prepared and the way of the quaulity control was reliable.更多还原
