【摘要】 目的优选双丹软胶囊中丹参脂溶性和水溶性成分提取的最佳条件。方法分别以丹参酮ⅡA和丹参素含量为指标,用正交试验法对丹参提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为:用10倍量85%的乙醇提取2次,每次1h,再用8倍量的水提取3次,每次2h。结论正交试验优选出的丹参提取工艺,可以保证丹参的有效成分提取完全。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To choose the best technology of the chief dissolvable grease component and the water-soluble active principles of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root in Shuangdan Soft Gelatin Capsules.METHODS Observing the extraction methods by orthogonal test with the contents of tanshinoneⅡand protocatchuci,which are the chief components of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root.RESULTS The optinal extractive technology was choiced as extracting with tenfold 85% alcohol,two times for one hour;then with octuple water;three times for two hours.CONCLUSION The optinal extractive technique of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root by orthogonal test can make more completely to extract the effective component of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root.更多还原
