【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To synthesize 2-chloro-4-amino-6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline.METHODS Vanillin was used as the raw material to prepare the final product by methylation,nitration,oxidation,reduction,cyclization,chlorination,amination.RESULTS and CONCLUSION The overall yield was 26%.The reaction condition was mild,easy to operate.Adapted to industrialization production.更多还原
