【摘要】 目的建立扶骨胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对三七、水蛭进行鉴别,试验采用硅胶G薄层板,以三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(65∶35∶10)的下层溶液为展开剂展开,同时测定浸出物的含量。结果及结论该方法可以进行准确的定性、定量检测,能有效控制制剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard for Fugu Capsules.METHODS Panax pseudo-ginseng and sanguisuge were identified by TLC.The thin layer plate was silica gel G and the developing agent was underlayer solution of chloroform-methanol-water(65∶35∶10),the content of extract from Fugu Capsules was also determined.RESULTS and CONCLUSION Panax pseudo-ginseng and sanguisuge could be identified by TLC.The method was simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Fugu Capsules.更多还原
