【摘要】 目的测定苯酚甘油滴耳液中苯酚的含量.方法采用紫外分光光度法测定苯酚甘油滴耳液中苯酚含量,测定波长270±1nm.结果平均回收率为98·67%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0·72%.结论该法操作简便,与碘量法测定结果比较无显著差异(P>0·05).更多还原
