【摘要】 目的研究柴附颗粒的消炎、止痛、抑菌作用,以及对血管通透性和对家兔凝血时间的影响。方法采用小白鼠二甲苯致炎法、大鼠足跖甲醛致炎法研究其抗炎作用;通过小白鼠扭体法研究其镇痛作用;试管法研究其抑菌作用;通过对小白鼠血清凝集素影响的试验研究其对小白鼠免疫功能的作用;通过对家兔凝血时间试验研究其对血凝的作用。结果及结论柴附颗粒具有抗炎、止痛、抑菌、降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、增强小鼠体液免疫功能和延长家兔凝血时间作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe ChaiFu granule′s effects of diminishing inflammation,relieving pain,bacteriostasis,influencing capillary permeability and the cruor time of rabbit.METHODS To research the effect of diminishing inflammation through traditional inflammation causing method,the effect of bacteriostasis by wresting body of mouse and the effect of restrining bacteriums by the way of test tube;the influence to immunity function and cruor by experiments of agglutinin and cruor time.RESULTS and CONCLUSION ChaiFu granule had good effects in diminishing inflammation,stopping pain,bacteriostasis and reducing the capillary permeability in celiac of little mouse,and also can improve immunity function of mouse and prolonging the cruor time of rabbits.更多还原
