【摘要】 目的:研究细胞周期素D1(cyclin D1)和p27在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达与化疗敏感性及预后的关系,评价其表达在NSCLC中的临床价值。方法:应用S-P方法检测了37例原发性NSCLC石蜡切片中cyclin D1和p27的表达。结果:37例NSCLC患者中,cyclin D1阳性表达者21例(56.76%),其表达和NSCLC患者的化疗疗效和预后显著相关(P<0.05)。p27阳性表达率为32.43%(12/37),其表达与NSCLC患者的化疗疗效无相关性(P>0.05),与患者的生存期显著相关(P<0.05)。多因素分析表明,cyclin D1可作为NSCLC的独立预后因素。结论:NSCLC中cyclin D1的表达可作为预测化疗疗效和预后的指标;p27的表达可作为NSCLC的预后因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To prognose the chemosensitivity and the survival in terms of the expression levels of cyclin D1 and p27 protein in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method: Enhanced immunohistochemical staining(SP) technique was used to detect the expression of cyclin D1 and p27 protein in 37 cases of primary NSCLC specimens paraffin-embedded.Results:Of the 37 NSCLC cases,positive cyclin D1 was found in 21(56.76%),and there were significant correlation between response to chemotherapy,survival and the expression of cyclin D1(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of p27 protein was 32.43%(12/37),and there were no significant relationship between the expression of p27 and response to chemotherapy(P>0.05).The expression of p27 was significantly associated with the survival of NSCLC.Multivariate analysis showed that cyclin D1 was a good prognostic factor in NSCLC.Conclusion: Expression of cyclin D1 may be a good prognostic factor for chemosensitivity and survival in NSCLC.Furthermore,the expression of p27 may play a prognostic role in NSCLC.更多还原
