基于GIS的山地林道网优化配置系统
GIS-Based Optimum Disposition System for Mountain Forest Road Network
【摘要】 应用系统选择永安元沙国有林业采育场的部分林班为示范,建立森林资源空间数据库.以ARC/INFO为开发平台,以山地林道网理论为指导,应用G IS技术、DBMS技术与数学规划集成技术,使用AML语言进行二次开发设计山地林道网优化配置系统,实现计算机辅助林道网配置,提高决策的科学性。
【Abstract】 Configuration analysisis the tradictional method for the disposition of forest road network.In the method a decision model of forest road network density was developed by analyzing typical configuration.The optimum disposition configuration and density model were proposed throught optimizing its parameters.The result of disposition mainly depends on how close the practical configuration to the theoretical.As a matter of fact,in mountainous area with rough terrain the object of the decision model and its subject condictions are multiple.The factors of the model has a uncerntain and spacial characters.As a result there is a significant difference between the practical configuration and the theoretical.This results to a poor disposition of forest road network,which is the main obstracle of the application of model at the present time.Method for the disposition of forest road network is not only one of key theoretical issues of forest road network,but also pratical application problems.GIS-Based Optimum Disposition System for Mountain Forest Road Network proposed models for optimizing the disposition of forest road network and pathes for off-road transport throght the analysis of forest road cost and off-road transport costcreatively.The qualified spacialdatabase of forest resource management and decision was created by means of scanning and digitizing contour map and forestry theme mapsunder the environment of GIS software—ARC/INFO.The structure and functions of system were designed using Arc Macro Language(AML) programming language through the integration of GIS,DMBS and linear programming(LP).The functions contains module: Initiation,cost surface analysis and spacial network analysis.Road transport cost surface(RTCS),and off-road transport cost surface(ORTCS) were createdin grid file.Based on the cost surfaces,the optimum pathes of disposition of forest road network and off-road transport were allocated using network analysis.Test runs of GDSSPP indicate that its stability and efficiency are generally satisfactory.The menu-driven user interface is user-friendly and easy to operate by users without any special training using.Module techniques make it more flexible to add new modules to the system in the future.Yuansa state-owned forestry farm in Yongan was selected as study case.The application of the system in the research area shows that the system plays a important role in digitization and automization of optimum disposition of mountain forest road network,reduction of cost and negative effects of operation on forest land in order to reach thebest ecological and economic comprehensive benefits.
