丙烯酸十六酯与丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物凝胶的合成及其性能
Preparation and properties of crosslinked copolymer gels of hexadecyl acrylate and 2-hydroxyethylacrylate
【摘要】 合成了丙烯酸十六酯(HDA)与丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)的共聚物凝胶,研究了共聚组成对共聚物凝胶性能的影响.结果表明:经二甲亚砜(DMSO)平衡溶胀后的凝胶,在HDA∶HEA(摩尔比)为1∶1时,具有较高的规整性和较高的溶胀倍率.溶剂的极性对聚合物凝胶的规整性有较大的影响.DSC及X射线衍射表明共聚物凝胶具有液晶性能.
【Abstract】 Crosslinked copolymer gels were prepared by copolymerization of hexadecyl acrylate(HDA) and 2-hydroxyethylacrylate(HEA).The effects of composition of monomers on the properties of the gels were studied.The poly(HDA-co-HEA) gel with HDA∶HEA=1∶1(molar ratio) exhibited the higher ordered structure and the higher degree of swelling in dimethylsulfoxide.The polarity of solvent showed bigger effect on the ordered structure of the gels.The organized liquid crystalline structure was proved by DSC and WAXD.
