钴、镍配合物的合成及结构

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Cobalt(Ⅱ) and Nickel(Ⅱ) Complexes

【摘要】 在不同的酸性反应介质中合成了五个钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)—哌嗪化合物,并用X射线单晶衍射测得了其中三个配合物的晶体结构.配合物(1)和配合物(2)是同分异构体,配合物(1)和配合物(3)是同晶异质化合物,这三个晶体均属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n.结构分析表明:在这三个配合物,中心金属离子和六个氮原子配位形成了一个变形的八面体,其中四个氮原子来自四个硫氰根,另外两个氮原子来自两个单质子化的哌嗪分子.在配合物(1)配合物(3)中分子之间存在着氢键(N—H…S)和S…S相互作用,而在配合物(2)中分子之间存在着氢键(N—H…S,N—H…N)和S…S相互作用.

【Abstract】 Five Cobalt(Ⅱ) and Nickel(Ⅱ) complexes have been synthesized under different acid mediums,and the structures of complexes(1),(2) and(3) were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The complex(1) and(2) were isomeric compounds,the complex(1) and(3) were isomorphous compounds.The crystallographic data for the three complexes are both monoclinic and P2-1/n.X-ray crystal structure analysis showed that the metal ion is coordinated to six nitrogen atoms,which from four different SCN and two different protonated piperazine molecules,and forming an elongated octahedral.The intermolecular hydrogen bonds(N—H…S) and S…S interaction were found in the crystal packing diagram of the three complexes,the intermolecular hydrogen bonds N—H…N were also found in the crystal packing diagram of complex(2).
