【摘要】 介绍以生姜、茉莉花茶、白糖、柠檬酸为原料研制营养保健饮料的工艺过程、技术要点和质量要求。

【Abstract】 The main raw materials of this health beverage are ginger,jasmine tea,cane sugar and citric acid.The technological process,technical principal points and quality require of the complex health beverage are introduced.
