渗透压法测定一次性使用真空采血管中EDTA-K2含量

【摘要】 建立一次性使用真空采血管中EDTA-K2的渗透压测定法。建立EDTA-K2的标准曲线,样品管精密加入公称容量的蒸馏水,使抗凝剂全部溶解后测定,由标准曲线计算出样品管中EDTA-K2的浓度。结果表明:线性范围为0.5~4.0mg/mL,r=0.999,与经典方法比较经t检验,5%的水平上无显著性差异。

【Abstract】 To establish an osmotic pressure method for determination of EDTA-K2 in evacuated tubes for blood specimen collection.A standard curve of EDTA-K2 was established and the distilled water of nominal capacity was added in the test tubes accurately,the additive was dissolved completely and tested,then the concentration of EDTA-K2 from the standard curve was caculated.Result showed that the linear range was 0.5~4.0mg/mL,the regression coefficient was 0.999,compared with classical method,there were no remarkable difference on the 5% level.The method i ssimple,quick,reliable.
