【摘要】 按照国家标准GB/T16175-1996、GB/T14233.2-1993、GB/T16886-1997的有关规定,对注射型丙烯酸树脂骨水泥进行生物学安全性评价研究。结果表明,注射型丙烯酸树脂骨水泥各项生物学指标均合格。其各项生物学指标均符合国家标准GB/T16175-1996、GB/T14233.2-1993、GB/T16886-1997的要求,具有良好的生物相容性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the biological safety of the injectable acrylic bone cement.8 experiments were conducted to evaluate the injectable acrylic bone cement according to national standard(GB/T16175-1996,GB/T14233.2-1993、GB/T16886-1997).The biological evaluation of the injectable acrylic bone cement was satisfied with the requirement of the National Standard(GB/T16175-1996,GB/T14233.2-1993、GB/T16886-1997).The experiment results demonstrate that the injectable acrylic bone cement has ideal hemo-compatibility,no Cytotoxicity,systemic toxicity(acute toxicity),sensitization,intracutaneous reactivity,genotoxicity.The conclusion is that the biocompatibility of injectable acrylic bone cement is safety.更多还原
