【摘要】 本文主要分析了当前市场形势下,职业院校服装设计专业培养新时期人才的问题。我国加入WTO后,纺织服装行业面临全球性的日益激烈的竞争,需要的是一专多能的复合型人才。教育部门要与时俱进,更新观念,主动展开教学改革,改变原来不适应市场的人才培养模式,提高在校学生的综合动手能力,拉近院校与服装企业之间的距离,培养出行业需要的人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly analyzes the problems at the moment that the costume design specialties in vocational colleges face in the process of training talents in the new era.The industry of textile costume is facing much tenser global competition and demanding compound talents.The education institutes should proceed with times,reform unsuitable teaching methods,change the talent training style that is not suitable to the market to improve the work capacity of the students,narrow the distance between the education institutes and costume enterprises for the education and training of the talents that the industry requires.更多还原
