【Abstract】 This article discussed educational management to university students in news period,which based on the theory of organizational behavior and collected with psychological characteristic of university students.Expecting the difference among students in educational management,renovating educational ideas;accelerating the formation of active value ideas and the development of perspective taking;leading student’s to form right attribution,to form better attributing style;setting up healthy culture of campus etc.It aimed of enlighten the quality of university educational management in China.更多还原
