农科大学生就业存在的不良心态与合理引导

【摘要】 大学生就业情况的好坏决定一个高校的发展,牵涉到千家万户,是社会各界都广泛关注的问题。在外界条件具备的情况下,大学生自身的就业观念和就业心态就成了大学生就业成功与否的关键因素。本文分析了农科大学生就业过程中常见的不良就业心态,并针对这些不良就业心态提出了合理的引导办法,以期对农科大学生在就业过程中端正心态、促成就业提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking up an occupation of graduate is key problem concerned widely by community,which determines the development of universities and involves every household.In optimum conditions,students own employ concepts and mentality became a key factor of success in careers.In this paper we analyzed common unhealthy employ mentality in applying for jobs and developed effective treatment methods to rectify graduate’s employ mentality and promote their succeed in applying for jobs.更多还原
