【Abstract】 It is a inevitable request and trend of higher education that the view of scientific development is carried out in the management of university students.This article focuses on how to carry out the idea of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China’s 16th document in political education to university students and how to scrupulously abide by Administrative Regulations for Common Institutions of Higher Education.And View of "People Foremost" was the cutin of this article,which was the essence and core of the view of scientific development.更多还原
