【Abstract】 Lycopene,a natural pigment,has various physiological activities,such as prevention of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.There is a negative correlation between the content of lycopene in plasma and the inci-dence of prostatic carcinoma,alimentary tract carcinoma and other cancers,as well as atherosclerosis and coro-nary artery disease.This paper reviews the relationship between lycopene and human deseases and the progress in current studies.更多还原
