去铁酮对铝染毒小鼠脑、肝、肾、骨组织中钙、锌、镁含量的影响

【摘要】 目的观察新型铝螯合剂1,2-二甲基-3-羟基-4-吡啶酮(去铁酮,deferiprone)在排铝的同时对小鼠脑、肝、肾、骨组织中钙、锌、镁元素含量的影响。方法对铝中毒小鼠模型给予不同剂量的去铁酮,处死小鼠,取其脑、肝脏、肾脏和股骨,用原子吸收法测量组织中钙、锌、镁的含量。结果高、中、低三个剂量组与模型组小鼠比较,组织中钙、锌、镁的含量无显著性差异。结论去铁酮在排铝时对小鼠体内钙、锌、镁元素无促排作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of deferiprone on the contents of Ca,Zn,Mg in the brain,liver,kidney and bone tissue of aluminum-exposed mice.Methods Deferiprone was administrated to the aluminum-exposed mice with different doses for 30 days.Then,the mice were killed.The contents of Ca,Zn,Mg in the brain,liver,kidney and femoral bone of the mice were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results The contents of Ca,Zn,Mg in the groups with high,medium and low doses of deferiprone were not significantly different among various groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The contents of Ca,Zn,Mg in the brain,liver,kidney and bone tissue of aluminum-exposed mice were not affected by deferiprone administration.
