【摘要】 目的本文对山东地产药材蔓荆子中总黄酮的含量进行了测定。方法比色法。结果标准曲线的线性范围为0.03936～0.1968mg/ml(r=0.9998)。不同生境下的蔓荆子总黄酮含量差异较大;10月份采收的蔓荆子总黄酮含量最高;贮藏2年的蔓荆子总黄酮含量普遍高于储藏3年的。结论产地、贮藏期、采收期对蔓荆子总黄酮含量均有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The content of total flavones in Vitex trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham. produced in different places of Shandong province was determined by colorimetry. Methods Colorimetry. Results The linear range was 0.1392～0.696 mg/ml(r=0.999). The content of total flavones was various with different growing environment, collecting time and storage period. The total flavones content in samples collected in October was highest. Conclusion The content of total flavones in Vitex trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham. becomes more lower with the storage period more longer.更多还原
