【摘要】 目的建立用高效液相色谱快速测定海产品中牛磺酸的方法。方法将长竹蛏去壳,经匀浆、水煮、离心后用磺基水杨酸沉淀蛋白,采用邻苯二甲醛柱前衍生,通过EclipseZorbaxC18柱进行分离、330nm波长测定牛磺酸含量。结果此法平均回收率为101.3%,精密度、灵敏度较高,其它成分不干扰本测定。结论此法可以快速测定海产品中的牛磺酸。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for fast determination of taurine in marine products by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods Solens were shelled,then homogenized,boiled and centrifugated.Proteins in solution were deposited by 5-sulfosalicylic acid.The content of taurine in solen was determined by high performance liquid chromatography at the wavelength of 330 nm through Eclipse Zorbax C18 column with pre-column opthaldialdehyde derivatization.Results The proposed method had high precision and sensitivity and was not interfered by other complex components.The average recovery was 101.3%.Conclusion This method can be used for fast determination of taurine in marine products.更多还原
