葛洲坝水轮发电机组的改造增容

【摘要】 葛洲坝电站水轮发电机组投产服役20多年,机组年平均运行小时数高达6 500 h,相当于其他水电站的机组运行30多年,机组及其部件老化现象严重,影响了机组安全运行。通过分析研究,在对设备改造检修的同时,将125 MW机组增容至146 MW,既实现了设备的更新换代,又适应了三峡工程建成后的联合运行。

【Abstract】 The hydroelectric generating sets of the hydropower station of Gezhouba have already operated for more than 20 years.The average runtime of the generating set is up to 6500 hours every year.The aging phenomenon of the generating set and its parts is serious,which influenced the safe operation of generating set.We decided to increase the capacity of generating set from 125MW to 146MW during overhauling after a comprehensive analysising,comparing and studying.These measures not only achieve the goal of equipment updating but also meeting the requirements resulting from the coordinative operation with incoming Three-Gorges Project.
