大顶子山溢流坝长闸墩温度应力仿真计算分析

【摘要】 应用非稳定温度场和温度应力场仿真程序ANSYS对闸墩的温度应力进行了模拟分析,从材料、温度控制、施工方法和养护等方面采取措施,以降低混凝土的内外温差、防止混凝土外表面因温度变化太快而产生裂缝,具有工程实际意义。

【Abstract】 The cracking of sluice piers under construction is a troublesome problem.If we want to know the effect of temperature on the piers,it’s necessary to develop a numerical method to simulate the properties of concrete,the construction progress,and the variation of the environment.In this paper the authors analyzed the temperature field and stress of the piers by use of FEM computer program based on the computation theory and code design method for numerical simulation.Adopting some measures from the material property,control of temperature,construction and mainetenance methods,temperature difference between interior and exterior faces was reduced.Craking on the concrete faces resulting from quick change of temperature was prevented.This research work has great significance in practical engineering.
