贵州山羊遗传多样性及其起源研究
The genetic diversity and the origin of Guizhou goat
【摘要】 采用DNA测序技术分析了贵州3个山羊品种42个个体的m tDNA D-loop全序列。结果表明,贵州山羊m tDNA D-loop全序列分子长为1 212~1 213bp,检测到67个变异位点,约占分析位点总数的5.53%,界定了33种单倍型。贵州山羊品种单倍型多样度为0.961 5~0.990 5,核苷酸多样度为1.588 3%~1.900 4%,表明贵州山羊品种遗传多样性丰富。根据m tDNA单倍型构建了贵州山羊的NJ分子系统树,聚类表明,贵州山羊存在支系A和支系B两大母系起源。
【Abstract】 The complete sequences of mitochondrial DNA D-loop of 42 individuals in three Guizhou goat breeds were analyzed by DNA sequencing technology.The results showed that the length of mtDNA D-loop in Guizhou goat was 1 212-1 213bp.There were 67 polymorphic sites,accounting for 5.53% of 1 212bp sequences.33 mtDNA haplotypes were determined.The haplotype diversity and nucleotide diversity were 0.961 5-0.990 5 and 1.588 3%-1.900 4% respectively.The results indicated that the genetic diversity of Guizhou goat was very abundant.The NJ tree indicated that Guizhou goat had 2 types of maternal origin from lineage A and lineage B.
